Aashiya Haveli is a heritage building, situated on the eastern bank of famous Lake Pichhola, which has been in the Aashiya family for over 224 years. It was the urban house for the Aashiya family.
In 2006, the family began renovation work and within two and half years, Aashiya Haveli opened with all modern amenities for guests with pure vegetarian food, where even Eggs are not served. Aashiya
Haveli is now one of the Traditional Hotels in Udaipur, and is solely managed and run by the original family.
When you enter this beautiful "haveli", you realize immediately that you have found the perfect haven to restore your travel weary spirit. Soft cream-colored walls and Greenery is displayed in the
lovely wi-fi courtyard and also on all levels of the haveli. The family and staff are committed to serving you and making your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. It is an ancestral "HAVELI"
and we keep the traditions of ages alive. The thrust is on aboriginal Indian culture and providing perfect homely environment to make your stay eternally memorable in Udaipur. |

From the family kitchen of haveli SATVIK BREAKFAST is served every morning between 7:30 AM and 11 AM (SATVIK means pure vegetarian even EGGS ALSO NOT USED). A menu of PURE VEG. Indian
and Continental food is available. A set menu is provided for guests whose breakfasts are included in their hotel plan. Lunch and Dinner are available to haveli guests and outsiders at 1 PM to
2:30 PM and from 8 PM to 9 PM. Both are served ‘family style’ or in the ‘thali’ style, which consists of individual round tray containing ‘katoris’, small bowls of vegetables and dals, the
center being left free for rice and Indian breads. The 'Food is prepared fresh' daily and no two sauces, gravies, or masalas are identical. If you are lucky, you will find the charming lady of
the house who is responsible for all the wonderful cooking, busy, but smiling in her kitchen. The family trusts you will find much enjoyment and pleasure at their table and a welcome change from
the usual restaurant fare.
Hot and cold beverages are available at all times.

Great thought was given to the renovation of the Aashiya Haveli and careful attention was given to every detail to preserve the simple, yet elegant style of traditional Rajasthan. There are
a total of 12 rooms in AASHIYA Haveli. DELUXE rooms command view of the lake, whereas DELUXE FAMILY rooms have a partial view. Every room has a white tiled bathroom with hot water available 24
hours a day, all have western style Toilets and Showers.
You will be delightfully surprised by whichever room you choose, for each is unique. Every year the management thoughtfully adds colorful, singular attributes to the rooms to make them more
inviting. From the towels and bedding, to the glass chandeliers called ‘handis’ to the hand-worked curtains and colorful pillows, every single item is particularly chosen for each room.
AASHIYA Haveli maintains its old world charm and resembles a home rather than a hotel. There are no telephones or television sets in the rooms to upset the tranquility and serenity of this beautiful
haveli. You cannot help but fall in love and want to stay forever. |

The courtyard is another gathering place for Guests to meet, enjoy a drink and peruse many magazines and current newspapers.
